alio® Software Support is available for CMT Clients with a current Weidenhammer Support Agreement. If you don't have a support agreement with Weidenhammer and are interested in learning more about the support services available, please email Jeanine Luplow.

Phone Support
CMT offers phone support Monday through Friday during our regular office hours – 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. To schedule after hours phone support, please contact CMT directly. Our latest staff phone/email directory is available by clicking here.

Email Support
Please click here to create a support request. A form will open which should be completed. When the form is submitted, the support request will go to CMT’s alio® support group and will be handled by the next available application specialist.

Client Email Notification
Occasionally CMT will send out information to clients regarding software updates, state reporting updates, User Group meetings, etc. If you would like to be added to our email notification list or would like to update your contact information, then please take a moment to fill out our email notification form.
